Our KONOS Dispatching System Also Helps Municipal Police

KONOS has proven itself in a wide range of operations – from industry through energy to emergency services. It has found its fundamentally practical use at the municipal police. Currently, it is used by the Prostějov Municipal Police, where it assists with the effective management of its patrols, call handling, and communication with the local radio stations.

Thanks to its automatic connection with the VIOLET event book, the system is able to simplify its administration – calls are automatically recorded, so dispatchers do not need to write anything manually and can therefore fully concentrate on the coordination of the interventions. The patrols in the terrain will also benefit from quick access to information about issues and callbacks.

KONOS is a solution from TTC MARCONI that aids in those situations where reliable communication and precise evidence are required. We are glad that this solution is useful also for the municipal police.
